A recent job that required the handrail of a staircase to be stripped and varnished.
The handrail had about 10 coats of paint that needed removing before the varnish was applied and the spindles were repainted white. The results speak for themselves and the customer was delighted with the job.
A staircase can get painted over many times during its life, but all it takes is a little TLC and some elbow grease and they can be transformed to their former glory.
When the staircase is quite often the first thing that people see when they enter your home, why wouldn’t you want to make it something to be proud of.
